Christine's Story
Life
Is there anyone at Campolindo class of 68 that wasn't aware of me being suspended for wearing a granny dress?
Yes-the rebellious seamstress became a Master Costume Designer-over 35 years! The last few years I have been a consultant an PR person in health and wellness. Divorced since 1981, but have a beautiful daughter who was as rebellious as me in high school-but now a mother of 3.
Did alot of travel and enjoyed living in different places. I always had a tomboyish love of automobiles and had a wardrobe of them at one time-haha.
Now I am mellowing out a bit, but only to catch my breath for the next wave! Don't regret how I lived my life other than learning to accept losing those who pass. I am blessed with many memories and look forward to the future adventure life has to offer. I have still not accepted myself as normal, although I love family values--but then, I learned to find the "fun" in disfunctional! I tried out other careers-law, real estate, and have owned several businesses. My greatest achievement and joy has been family. I have a superb roommate-Bridgette-my Lab mix-she lets me live with her.

eps growing, and my idea of success has changed with it. I love helping others and although I have had much, I still enjoy being a thrift store diva. My daughter doesn't live too far away, but since the grandson was born-well 2 1/2 hour drive seems very far. I was fortunate enough to put my life on hold to spend the last 2 years with my best friend, my mom, before she graduated to heaven from Cancer.
I would truely love to share companionship , but somehow, non of them are permanent, and so life goes on!
I miss old friends and realize how valuable they are as family members dissappear.
My step brother, Mark Schweikert became a big success and found God before God took him home of Cancer. My brother Mark Lyon is in northern CA and still in music-producing for his daughter now. My younger sister, Priscilla is a mother of 2 boys-not married
I would dearly love to hear from anyone from school. I lost track of Fran Zillich-don't remember her married name, and if anyone knows what happened to her, please let me know. Thanks for stopping by, and I hope that with my returning back to my maiden name, someone will recognize it and contact me!
All the best,
Christine Lyon
