Christine's Story
I don't know if people really check these things out anymore. I haven't been on in years, and notice my profile is pretty old!! Since we have a reunion coming up this summer, I figured I'd update.
I attended Kirkwood after college and got my Associates in Paralegal Studies. Got married in 1996. Had two beautiful boys in 1999 and 2002 who are the light of my life. Divorced in 2008. Remarried in 2011. Have been living in Cranbury, NJ since spring of 2012. I know, I know...everyone says New Jersey is the "armpit " of the United States. I am here to tell you that is absolutely NOT true!! Its a very beautiful state, with some less than desirable aspects (Newark, Camden, crazy laws, and too many liberals), just like any other state. I absolutely love the east coast, but unfortunately it is just too damn far from friends and family back in the midwest. Looking to move back to the K...Expand for more
ansas City area (where I lived before my divorce), sometime this summer since I can't get everyone I love the most in this world to move out here!!
I'm currently working as a Claims Resolution Representative and going to school part time to finally get my Bachelor's degree which is LONG overdue. I'm majoring in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Taking it slow, but hope to be done in the spring of 2015. Hopefully then I can get myself an actual CAREER. Beyond the work thing, the school thing, and the family thing there's not much time for anything else. Love to go to the beach (will this winter EVER end???) and explore all the historical sites out east.
