Christine's Story

I lived in Plattsmouth for 32 years. I married an Air Force Captain and we moved to Colorado Springs to take an assignment at the Air Force Academy. My daughter Andrea was 5 weeks old at the time. We stayed in Colorado for three years leaving the Fall after my son Connor was born. I wound up back in Plattsmouth, much to my dismay, as my husband was stationed at Offutt Air Force Base again. and retired as a Lt. Col. in 2006 and we put our house on the market and moved to upstate New York where he took a teaching job in Schenectady, NY. After only 12 months we decided to move back to NE and to the same house, it didn't sell. Anyone want a 1920's Dutch Colonial in upstate NY? It is still on the market! I work with Autistic children at Brook Valley School in Omaha. My husband is a pilot for Jet Linx Charter Co. My daughter Andrea will be an 8th grader at PMS and my son Connor will be in the 5th grade at PMS.
