Christine M.'s Story
Greetings Class of '66. It has been a long time since we talked. We are all getting older by the year - LOL - I wanted to note that the Classmates did a fantastic job on the 40th reunion in 2006; and they are working on organizing our 50th which was in September 2016. Sorry I missed the 45th, but I was in NM and my significant other was ill, so I was unable to take the time to travel.
I can say that like a few others I have met, I did not expect to be here now. I have enjoyed much, and in the same token, hated some things that happened in my life, but we have to take the good with the bad. I moved to Orlando, Florida in 1969. It has been difficult at times (especially, in 2004 w/ 4 Hurricanes going through Central Florida over my house [w/ 2 tornadoes which were part of the first hurricane]. been together since 1999. He owns a 60 acre ranch with a 3b/2b doublewide in SW New Mexico. We moved out there for several years due to his health issues per his doctor's advice, but his health managed to get even worse. So, we came back to Orlando, where he is doing much better. He has attended several of our reunions at LHS and I have gone to his in St. Petersburg, Florida.
