Christine's Story
Life
Married to Sam Walker for 40 years, Sam and I are starting an adventure and realizing a dream--living out West near the mountains we love, as of June this year. For 25 years we have camped and hiked in Colorado and Wyoming with our three children (Sean, now 36, Joseph, now 34, and Anna, now 32).
Hiking is our passion, along with music and our 6 grandchildren. Sam and I met in orchestra in college, and as you can see from our picture, we still play our instruments. We have added singing in choir to our musical adventures.
So we now have moved from the Quad Cities to Ft. Collins, CO, and felt at home here at once since we moved in June this year. However, we did miss the h.s. reunion which is a first. If you went, I hope you had a great time. I always have.

several chronic illnesses. Dad died in 1995. That means it is up to my brother Joe and I to keep the family full of life and events to remember. Joe and Faith have four children and live in Panora, IA.
Our oldest son, Sean, is getting his M.A. in English and English as a second language from U. of Iowa. He still races bicycles and was named Iowa Rider of the Year this year. He lives in Iowa City
Joe, our second oldest, is married to Sarah, and customizes jet planes at the Quad Cities Airport. He and Sarah have 4 children, Alice (8), Naomi (7), Laurence (5), and Eli (4).
Anna, our youngest, graduated from St. Ambrose University and is married to Adam Copp. They live in Ft. Collins also and have 2 children, Kira (9) and Duncan (5 almost).
Sam and I will look forward to seeing you at the next reunion!
