I now (as of Spring 2018) live in Baker City, Oregon, on the Eastern side of the state. I am loving it here, although it's more difficult to get to the coast. I lived in the Dallas, Texas area (Carrollton to be exact) for 32 years. Was finally able to return to the Salem, Oregon area in 2012. I love being back here. Even though I was born in California, this feels like home to me. We have been doing a huge amount of traveling. During the pandemic, we have been road tripping closer to home but have seen Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and some of California. We have a big cruise scheduled in December - going to Southeast Asia. Wasn't sure I'd ever get to see it because my husband served in Viet Nam during the war, but he's willing so I can't wait!
