Christine's Story
I now live in Pace, Florida which is 5 miles from Pensacola. White sand beaches, blue- green water, rivers and forests. I love it here. I am retired from Monroe County Sheriff's Office in the Florida Keys. I did love the Islands and being a road cop and Detective in Crimes Against Women and Children.. my retirement is now working as a wildlife rehabbers permitted by the State of Florida. After the bad seen in mankind, I perfer to associate with animals and specialize in Raccoons, but also work with Fawns, skunks...Expand for more
, squirrels, opossums, and bobcats. I raise the orphans then release back in to the wild. I am twice divorced and happy to be single. I have two wonderful daughters, one in Seattle, WA and one living in Washington, MO. 3 Grandkids and about to become a Great-Grandma.
One of my favorite quotes is:"The time has come the walrus said, to speak of many things.......".
I believe that Wakatanka (the Great Spirit) gives voices to all creatures. We just have to listen.
If ever in the Panhandle of Florida, give me a call!
