Christopher's Story

Life I really dont remember much of my high school years - those were the days when life was simple, cars were fast and you could get the good drugs... I havent kept up with anybody that I went to school with, even tho everybody promises to stay in touch it usually doesnt happen and you end up calling or stopping in at Christmas for a while. Since graduation I spent a few years in the car business then worked for W.L.Gore and associates for almost 20 years designing and supervising the fabrication of many of the machines that make Goretex fabric, then took early retirement in 1998. Since then Ive had my own powder coating business (chose your partners carefully), decided I didnt like that and am now back in the car business again (its an addiction you know). Now I lead a quiet life living up in the hills of West Newark and all in all life is pretty damned good. I spend my free time renovating my house (it would have been easier to just bulldoze it and start again)(and Bob Vila is a lying SOB), still doing the occasi...Expand for more
onal painting and graphic arts, listen to Howard Stern religiously, still play with the British cars, although I am not the maniac behind the wheel I used to be. (Allegedly). I really love traveling and have made about two dozen trips to Great Britain which is enjoyable until you overdose on 'quaint', also known as no A/C, no ice cubes, lousy plumbing and everybody driving on the wrong side of the road. But it is interesting and really does make you appreciate our standard of living here in the good old US of A. So life is simple and quiet and good and I really cant kick about anything. So why am I on here? Curiosity I guess. Just wanted to see who is still around (not dead, not encarcerated, sober enough to type)and maybe catch up on whats happened during the last thirty (oh s*it, yeah THIRTY)years. So drop me a line if you have a free moment. See ya. I always wanted to be a billionaire when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a drug induced fantasy idea. As it turns out, they were pretty much correct.
