Sometimes I feel there's a hole inside me an emptiness that, at times seems to burn. I think if you lifted my heart to your ear, probably you could hear the ocean. And the moon tonight...I have this dream of being whole. Of not going to sleep each night, wanting. But still, sometimes when the wind is warm or the crickets sing I dream of a love that even time will lie down and be still for. I just want someone to love me. I want to be seen. I don't know. Maybe I've had my happiness. I don't want to believe it but there is no man, but the moon.

ll, I'm doing this because my children say its time... I am 37, a student, single parent of two, 17 and 8yrs old. I have a job in childcare (Family Business), I am a Christian man, with christian values. I was divorced a few years ago, I have obviously not always followed my beleifs, if you are looking for sex, have patience, be gentle. Its been many moons since I have felt the comforting touch of a woman. I have been in a couple of bad relationships (2) two to be exact and I just want to know the lady I fall in love with the next time. I believe in traditional gender roles, and I am looking for a woman who supports that. I want a woman who is respectful, kind, gentle, and who wants to provide as a team for the family (or future family). I will always do my part as a man and I am looking for a friendship that will turn into a long term relationship and eventually a real marriage. I know what I want and what I need.
In (2) two years I will have completed my BA in Business Management and Associates in Culinary Arts, Executive Chef.
I do have a passion for cooking and preparing something special for a special someone. Its an entirely French culinary school. No, I don't speak French. My other loves are writing sonnets and poetry, classical and operatic overtures, theatre plays as well as horror movies. Late night cooking challanges. Oh, I also love fresh water fishing, night drives to nowhere.
Mentally and Physically I am healthy. No baggage or other women I forgot to mention. Not for some time now.
