Christopher's Story

I've made alot of mistakes since high school but I've learned alot of valuable lessons. In 2015 I had 3 strokes putting me down for nearly a year. I'm not a person to just give up so I started my own recovery pushing with everything I had and the picture posted was in 2017 after step...Expand for more
ping back into the gym. Please never let anyone tell you you can't do this or that as the doctors told me I would never walk or talk the same. Our own drive is the only thing we have to prove to ourselves. I hope everyone is doing well, and God bless all of us for a long healthy life.
