Christopher's Story
Since high school I:
Moved away to Ohio...learned I didn't like who I was. This took until my senior year by the way, though I had my share of good and bad times my last three years in Delaware, OH .
...Began dating my future wife, Margaret (Maggie) during senior year. Graduated in '93.
...Married Maggie in '95 after she graduated and moved to Akron, OH. ....Somehow got involved in the banking industry.
...Chose to accept Christ about the year 2000 and even sang briefly for a church choir. Still working to improve myself, which will prove a lifelong journey but then that is what life is...very glad I have the perfect companion to share my journey... gained another companion when we adopted a one year old kitten we have named Shadow, who I believe turns eight on April 1st, 2008.
...Suffered an irregular heartbeat in the late ninties ...Expand for more
requiring shocking me back into rythm (fun! NOT!) ... was diagnosed around 2000 as having General Anxiety Disease and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Got to check out a real life psych ward as an in-patient until the right prescription cocktail could be found to regulate my mood (those were a fun three or so days as well).
...Mercifully moved to Kansas, just a hair west of Kansas City, Missouri where we both work. Enjoying the many opportunities and experiences in the heartland. ...Can't believe I live somewhere that wants to disallow the teaching of evolution along side creationism. Roeper teaches one to have an open mind to all possibilities ...
...Diagnosed as having sleep apnia in late 2004 so I get to wear the cool Darth Vader C-PAP machine at night. (Continuous Pressure Air Pump)
...Got a job selling comic books in February 2008.
