Christopher's Story
After graduation from Lubbock High School, attended Tulane University and Medical Schools, Then Medical internship and residency at Johns Hopkins. Married (now for53 years, 3 children, 7 grandchildren.) Next, three years in bone marrow transplantation research at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD. Orleans. At Ochsner helped develop and introduce cool Doppler ultrasound and digital radiography, now standard imaging tools.Then 15 years in Philadelphia as research professor, involvement with the Curtis Institute of Music (Board member). Returned to NOLA in 2014 to be bear kids. Still play flute regularly with a baroque trio. Main focus on travel, photography, and music. Just back from 7 weeks in Iceland (2021-22).
