Chuck's Story
Bio Chuck Paul
Chuck was born in Los Angeles California, and in the 1950 his parents moved the family to Whittier, Calif. After graduating from LHHS, Chuck attended Fullerton Jr. College, and received an AA Degree in Industrial Technology. The Viet Nam War interrupted his education and Chuck was drafted into the US Army. Chuck took his basic training at Fort Polk LA and his advanced training in Fire Direction Center at the Army Artillery training center at Ft Sill, OK. He was stationed in Korea for thirteen months and then was re-deployed to Ft Bragg, NC for the remainder of his duty. Chuck attained the rank of Sergeant E5 before being honorably discharged in 1966.
After his tour of duty, ChuckÃÂÃÂs career path took him into the field of procurement and material logistics in private industry. He is a Certified Supply Chain Manager through the National Association of Purchasing Management.

ndchildren (girls). Over a span of 45 years, Chuck worked as a Purchasing Director in various high tech industries in the medical field with Baxter Healthcare, oil & gas exploration with Santa Fe Drilling & Varco Oil Tools, and in aerospace with Parker Hannifin Corp. Chuck has had the opportunity with these companies to travel sourcing materials and establishing suppliers in Asia. In 1992, Chuck went back to college while working full time and, in 1993 graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelors of Science in Management. In 1993 Chuck received a job offer with a new start-up high tech medical company in Washington State and moved his family from Irvine, California to Redmond, Washington. The company merged with Boston Scientific Corporation in 1997 and Chuck and Jan moved to San Clement, Calif. In 2002, Chuck and Jan decided to move back to Washington and are currently residing in Kirkland WA. Chuck was working as material manager for a company that manufactures mobile shelters, aircraft hangers and mobile hospitals for the military and Home Land Security.
