Chuck's Story
With the 50 year reunion coming up, I thought I would do a "Cliff Notes" version of the last 50 years. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in December of 1969, I moved to South Bend, Indiana. A few months later I married. In 1995, I got a divorce. My one daughter, Shannon, lives in the Atlanta area with her husband John and the 8 year old son, Bodhi.
Since graduating, I have lived in Indiana, New Jersey, while working in New York City, California three times, Atlanta, the Washington, DC area for 18 years, ...Expand for more
Chicago and lastly Traverse City, Michigan.
My last job was with G&W Electric as a Vice President.
I got into running in my mid 30's. I have done 5 marathons. The running got me into triathlons. I have done numerous "Olympic distance, 1/2 Ironman races and 14 Ironman distance triathlons including the World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.I am looking forward to seeing my classmates at the 50 year reunion!!
Edited on 11-20-17. Currently single and trying to navigate a new way of life. A big trip scheduled in February to the Galápagos Islands and then on to Peru.
