Cindi's Story
Where do I begin....Got married at 19, had my 1st child at 20 and 3 more followed by age 26. I went to LPN school...oh a long time ago...1980 and have been nursing since then. Actually...I have the opportunity to retire after 30 years of service in Nov 2008. Not sure exactly what that will mean or if I will retire at that time but I have the opportunity anyway. Time will tell. I am married for the 2nd time since 2000...all is well on the home front. I have 6 grandkids...3 boys and 3 girls. They are my life and every opportunity I get to visit them....I DO!! What else...I've lived in Conneaut for most of my adult life, only lived away for 14 months when my ex was in the Air Force. I don't regret living here, actually I like it. re things. Amazing isn't it but I do like the small town living and we have alot of great people that live here. As alot of you are aware...I help out with the class reunion every 5 years along with a bunch of other great people. I've been doing that since the 10 year reunion...easier for those of us that still live here to put it together and every one has been a success and a joy to put on. I don't think I've changed too much since high school except to get older. I do have a problem with the age thing so I try to keep it under wraps and I love it when someone makes a NICE comment to me that they are surprised that I am the age that I am. My children have passed me up in age so I'm having to change the age I tell people I am. Can't be having children 29 and 30 when I'm only 29!! Had to increase it 39 when I became a Nana...lol
