Life
I moved to the Tampa Bay area right after graduation, and I have lived here ever since. I have been married since 1974, and I have two sons, ages 26 and 23, and two daughters, ages 20 and 15. I became a medical transcriptionist in 1970 and remained in that health care field until 1996, at which time I became a medical editor. I work in Tampa for a national transcription company, although I live across the Bay in Pinellas County. ate family once lived in Florida, they are now scattered throughout the country, most notably in North Carolina and Washington State. The last time that I visited Michigan was in 1973 while on vacation. I often wonder if St. Clair Shores has changed greatly in the last 29 years. Hopefully, I will make it to the next reunion so that I can see for myself! I routinely check the Classmates website to see if any new alumni have signed up, and I would particularly like to locate my former next-door neighbor and fellow Shorian, Lynda (Lyn) Loomis, although I am looking foward to hearing from other members of the class of 1969, as well.
