Cindy's Story
I have two children, a daughter, 26 and a wonderful son, 11. I have four grandchildren, two of which I have recently adopted. Long, very long story. They are all my boys. I have been married once. Briefly. I've never been very successful in that area. Hmmm.
I have been very career driven and have landed at a fabulous company in San Diego, we build the Predator and the Reaper. I can't say enough about the company. They have been very good to me. I love SD, I still love being near the coast...Expand for more
. It's near and dear to my heart. I have been back to Torrance only a couple of times in the last many years.
I was diagnosed with advanced stage 3 breast cancer in 2007. I have had the battle of life's battles. I am alive, and I have learned the value of life. I don't know what my future holds. No one does, actually. For the time being, I am doing well. If I can pass on one thing...hold on to those you love and tell them everyday.
Today is a gift; that's why they call it the present.
