It only seems right since right after high school I was shelving books at South Dade Regional in Cutler Ridge! In all actuality, the librarians of today are not the little, old, ladies with buns and glasses. Many of us have piercings and tattoos in strange places...oooohhhhh. (Wouldn't you like to know???) We are "information professionals" who can kick ass when it comes to finding things both in print and on the internet! If you've got a question, if you need an answer, I am your babe!!! (or at least I can send you to the right place that can get you the answer!) I love what I do, but after 23+ years I must admit if I won the lotto I'd be quick to sign up for an all around-the-world cruise! PERMANENT vacation if you know what I mean!!!:-) Unfortunately, my husband says I am still too young to retire so it looks like me and Mr. Dewey (dewey decimal system) will be hangin' out for a few more years anyway! :-) :-)
