Cindy's Story
After High School I attended/graduated from Michigan Tech University with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. I met my husband, Mitch, at Tech and we were married in 1985. We moved to the Chicago area for 2.5 years - that's where the jobs were. We hated it there.
We moved to Waseca, MN in 1989 and continue to reside here. We have 3 kids - our oldest daughter was married in July 2010 and resides in Iowa with her husband. Our second child will be a junior in HS in 2010-2011. He plays football, loves computers and studies German. He spent 3 weeks in Neuhaus, Germany in June 2010. Our youngest daughter will be in 7th grade in 2010-2011. She is very musically gifted and plays piano, acoustic and electric guitar, cello and trumpet.
My husband is a Director of Quality/Reliability and I teach HS math and preschool. We love Min...Expand for more
nesota - even the winters! We love to downhill and cross country ski in the winter. In the summer we do a lot of walking, biking and camping. When we can afford to take winter vacations to warm places we love to snorkel.
The biggest changes in my life came when I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior. I am not the person I was in High School. I am truly a new creation and love every moment of life I am blessed with. I lead our women's Bible studies at church (Beth Moore and Kay Arthur are my favorites) and love building relationships with others.
Our pets consist of two English Springer Spaniels, Lily (a liver, white & tan tri-color) and Griffin (black and white). We are hoping to breed them in Feb. of 2012. If you want to get in touch with me you can email me at mnaustinathickorytech.net (use the at symbol instead of the word)
