Cindy's Story
I'm in my 2nd marriage, now for 27 years. I have 4 children, boys aged 32 and 19, and girls aged 25 and 34. I have 4 grandchildren, ages, 9 months, 10 months, 22 months, 3 years, 4 years and 5-1/2 years old.
I work as an administrative assistant in a consulting engineering firm, and enjoy it very much. I am very involved in the American Legion Club in my community.
I love watching and attending sporting events, mostly my youngest sons football games and University of Nebraska football, and love using my season tickets to Creighton Basketball games (college in Omaha).
I love to read, and do some crocheting. I enjoy meeing...Expand for more
up with my friends for lunch or dinner.
I don't get to see two of my children and 4 of my grandchildren often as they live in California. I love to spend time with my daughter and son here in Nebraska and treasure seeing my two grandchildren that live near me (ages 10 months and 22 months).
When I can, though I visit California, as my parents still live there,near my children, and my brother lives there again also. My sister lives in Seattle, Washington and we don't get to see one another often enough.
I have fond memories of living in Arroyo Grande and going through all 12 years of school, with a lot of the same people.
