Cindy's Story
So, we graduated High School and I went to work for Safeway. After that I went to work for Doug's family at a sign shop in Dallas. I actually worked both jobs for a while. Then Doug and I moved in together about a year after we began dating, which was 4/11/1986. We married a year and a half later and have been happily married since then. We partied for a little while, then settled down to have kids. Natalie, now 15, had colic, ear infections and RSV, therefore we decided against a 2nd one for approx. 3 3/4 years. Then we finally decided to go for it and had Shelby, now 11. She was a perfectly normal baby until she reached 5 1/2 months, then began having spasms and partial seizures, reverting back to a new born state w/each heavy cluster. t been on any type of meds since 6 weeks after that. She's developmentally delayed, but doing all the things they told us she would never do. Both kids are extremely healthy now, and as loveable as their mom (oops, did I say that?). Left Carr Signs and went to work for CNA in 1989 and have been there ever since. Currently work as an Operations Manager over the clerical/technical staff in the claims department. Mostly Workers Comp. Lots of fun huh, don't you wish you could share in it? Other than that, just enjoying life (as fast passed as it is)!!!! That's it in a nutshell. Oh yeah, and I finally found my long lost best friend Tammy Ogden after 18 years of searching due to Classmates.com!!!!! For some reason I can't get my photos to download, however I signed up under my mom's name at one point, and can't remember how to get it, but I do have pictures there.
