Cindy's Story
After attending the University of Oregon, I moved to New York City & worked in an ad agency, where I met my first husband and eventually moved back to LA. After 5 yrs of marriage and one son, Patrick, born in 1971, I got divorced and worked in the TV industry as an executive and producer for over 25 years. I married Glenn Ossiander in 1996, and lived in Bethlehem, PA for a few years. Glenn was a creative director in advertising and a painter. e I began designing jewelry, and enjoyed an early retirement. Glenn had a successful liver transplant in 2008, but other health issues led to kidney failure and he passed away May 2, 2015. I'm still living in our home in the Palisades and travel often to Maui where Patrick, his wife and my 8 year old grandson, Liam live. It's been a challenging year since I lost Glenn, but I live in a great community with friends and my siblings nearby. I'm active at our church, St. Matthew's, and am starting to get back to my jewelry designing.
