Hello People! I left Illinois for good in 1981 and set out for Phoenix, Arizona with my husband, Dean Hardcastle and then four year old daughter, Rachel. We managed to make a decent life out here and just love the desert. I now have two ginger grandkids whom I adore. n your fancy RV's over the winter, we have lots of "snowbirds" who flock here. Dean and I have been married 40+ years now. For over 30 years I've been in the turquoise business as a lapidary and silversmith. Would love to hear from you, some names here I recognize but can't put a face to them....They don't give us any adjectives to describe the people we didn't care for, do they? lol
