ce I was in high school and it will probably never come true since I don't have the money or support. My dream has alway been to go to Africa and work for at least 6 months with women and their children in just basic skills. I love children and I know it is so hard for so many women who have nothing to take care of their children, they need to be taught skills, a trade, parenting skills (that's what I would want to do), etc the list goes on and on. Of course we need that here also. I do some of that working through the school system but they do put too many rules that can hinder what you can do and say. Who am I? I am the pastor of a small Methodist church in Iowa. My husband has a church just 6 miles from mine in the city and mine is in the country. We will probably be retiring from pastoring in the next year or two and move down south. I am then hoping to be able to go to Africa and maybe work with World Vision and my husband is hoping to work part time in Christian work as a visiting pastor or filling in as a pastor as needed.
