Clark's Story
Not sure what you would put here so, will just update what has been going on. Still living in Missouri St. Louis area but now, just working for my self, back in 2006 had a implant replaced and ended up in ICU with spinal staph infection, very scary thing to go thru. Was two years later when was told that I had a tumor that had to be removed then six weeks of radiation to deal with, oh how fun -- but still going on well and now a 5 year survivor. In Jan of 2011 finally decided to take care of the back so the great doctors took care of all that. Left Washington University after 14 years and now dealing with my personal business which w believe was the best move I could have taken. With three of four children out of school, and youngest just finishing up his junior year, he will be the final and what a difference, it's hard to look back ...Expand for more
and say I was in the class of '79 and now my soon will be the class of 2014, how time passes by.
What great blessing we each can receive as we serve in the Church, I'm thru my third year being in the Bishopric here and, I am lucky enough to serve as a Temple worker at the St. Louis Temple on Friday evening, what a great blessing that is with so much to take in and learn. There is always going to be bumps in the road that you are on, it's the way you deal with them that makes you either happy or sad, but if you can get by them then, know that you are being watched by so many others as well. How great it is to live in the mission field that Father has put us in and now we just need to remember to stay on the correct path that leads us back to him.
