Who knew that after the second daughter chose the University of Florida that I would move down from CT to save $$$ on instate tuition? Tampa was far enough away from Gainesville to be appropriate, and I can't believe I've been here 10 years through my girl's undergrad and graduate degrees (knowing me, whoever would guess I would have studious children! Well gees, I always was smart!).
Hopefully I will stay retired and soon travel to Israel to paint Jerusalem (pictures of, not the walls), despite my daughter-in-laws plans to stop that in any way possible. This bloody thing called the intafada, and I promise to stay off buses, out of bars, and only work for Bridge...Expand for more
s For Peace! Dorothy is the best, my step-sons'(Eric) wife, and every bit my daughter just like Heather and Jennifer. Now that everyone is married it truly is my turn to do my thing, like painting in Jerusalem.
I keep busy going to Orlando and spoiling my grandson Hunter, and working in political campaigns of the conservative variety so now you know why Florida is doing things my way!
Every now and then my sis's Stockton friend, Cheryl Thiel Donahue tells me about one or another of you Franklin High cohorts. We got to be great friends also when we both lived in Sunnyvale (our husbands were even engineers. So let me know how you are all doing and come visit Florida!
