Clay's Story

Now retired completely, with exception to some future volunteering and my woodworking hobby. Home town is Poulsbo, Washington. Clay's schools include North Kitsap High School and a stint at CK high school. I have written poetry, nothing published and enjoy woodworking, donating the bulk of my work to charity, supporting Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity and the Arts. My wife Pat and I took a cruise to Alaska in 2016, enjoyed it immensely. More to come with planning. Also looking at taking some more road trips, across the USA. ail in Raymond, WA, living there from 1999 to 2011. Was county commissioner for 4 years, yeah, politics... so moved to New York, Long Island in 2011, worked at Home Depot and Lowes. Married the girl I wrote to for 16 month when in Vietnam... yes, we finally connected, again, and were married in Jan of 2012. My granddaughter graduated this summer from college, proud of her and my daughter, Stacy (Harwood) Richards of Port Townsend, WA. Also grandson, Zachary who is really growing. 50th Reunion, NK class of 66 was a great event, proud to be part of the organization team, on the welcoming committee.
