Clayton's Story
When I went to school in Milwaukee, I was known as Clay O'Donnell.
My name change happened right before I enlisted in the US Army in 1978 because My stepfather adopted my sister and me.
Clayton has been married for more than 30 years. My schools include Milwaukee Trade & Tech High School and Bay View High School.
After my discharge from his service in the US Army in 1979, I attended Laramie County Community College (GED). I took the GED test in one sitting and passed.
My employment focus was automotive repairs factory work, and I have been in the Management of quite a few different businesses after leaving the Army.
I went back to school at Bryant & Stratton College (Accounting), University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (Accounting), I went back to school.
I have been a Business owner since 1994. I changed my career path. I started doing tax preparation and accounting, etc. The firm helped other small companies prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, payroll, taxes and integrate existing and new computer systems into companies' business systems.
I became a QuickBooks Pro Advisor in 1995 and a Microsoft Partner in 1997. As my business grew and my Client's Business grew, I learned how to run network cabling and networking.
In 2004, I added PPLSI, aka LegalShield, to my services offering. This company led me to the training I took below.
In August 2006, Clayton took further education to become a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist. His primary focus has been expanding his accounting experience to help businesses comply with FACTA, FISMA, GLB, and SOX.

Within these separate certifications, he can help businesses recognize the need and responsibility they have to the laws and regulations of the Federal Trade Commission when dealing with their vendors, personnel, and clients.
In 2016, I expanded my business more. I have added Reputation Management and Intelligence, Firewall Security, Software Sales, and more.
I have worked with small businesses for over 40 Years as a Manager.
Everything I know do has residual income, the only way to live.

My wife Paula was the Security Officer for the whole corporation and received training from the Department of Homeland Security.
My hobbies are limited to repairing (Restoring) them now. I like deep-sea Fishing. I like reading Personal Development books. I also enjoy woodworking.
Music Clayton likes Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, and Classical Music; books he reads include The Bible. TV shows he watches are Bull and NCIS. I also love all the Die-Hard Movies."
