Clay's Story
Life
I received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Business and pursued a corporate career culiminating as Managing Director of a manufacturing company in the Republic of Ireland. I lived in Europe for several years and developed several new products that have been patented.
I now own two large automotive companies, a small ranch in Oklahoma and a river resort cabin. Most of my time is spent running my businesses, reading and writing, and spending time with my girlfriend and animals on my ranch.
I have two daughters. One just graduated college with a degree in fashion and the other is still in college pursuing a degree in education.I've seen to it that they have experienced the world and learned the right things. I taught ...Expand for more
them to ski in Austria. Educated them in fine art in Paris and Amsterdam. Vacationed with them on the beach in St. Maarten. I love them dearly.
I collect vintage cars, antique cameras, and fine art.
I've gotten to the point where I'm calmly satisfied with my life. I talk with God on a regular basis. Sometimes he answers and other times not. He's a busy guy but I like him.
I don't like snooty people, big egos, or politics. After you've seen enough of the world, national and political barriers just get in the way of understanding other people and their needs.
I haven't stayed in touch with anyone from Shawnee Mission South. I remember those years fondly.
The best years of our life are just beginning. Let's make the most of them. Do yourself proud.
