Cliff's Story
Ok.Well I've made it this far, so I will be short and simple.Hey guys we are really getting older.Who would have thought.
Never thought it would happen right? They say blink your eyes and another decade goes by.
As I'm checking my emails, eyes glazed and red from a 12 hour shift, this email with familiar names comes up.
Tired but curious, I click that email and well, here I'am.
Tiny Slivers of memories race through my mind.Hey I remember this person, I think???? Oh I know that one.
As a senior in high school, and ackwardly shy, my mind goes back in time when life was carefree and fun.
My story, to remind them who I'am, and where I've been? Well that won't fit here. Also what I've been up to?
Sheeeet, not enough room guys.
My senior year was somewhere between the beach. and art class.I do remember the brand new sprinklers going off on my homework just before class started.Oh yeah, my new locker that never open...Expand for more
ed when I needed it.
The Cerritos Dons, first graduation class. We made history!!! But I was always late for that class.
To anyone that may come across this brief story, I wish peace, and hope you found happiness.
Something came to mind as I flipped through our archive of the class of 1974.
A movie with Nichols Cage. "The Family man". If you haven't seen it, its a classic.
Thoughts go out to someone I knew back then as a senior. We went to the prom together.
The movie conjured up memories of someone I use to know back then.
Anyway, I reside in Temecula California now.Family and friends are close by out here.Never had a calling or reason to leave sunny California.I was in the graphic art business, then the restaurant business for many years
and now in the car business for the last 12 years.Divorsed in 2000.
If I knew then, what I know now,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,imagine,,,,
