Cliff's Story
After high school I went to Ventura College and then to Valley State in Northridge and then to Cal Lutheren for my teaching credential. I taught school at Williams Elementary School, in the Hueneme School District, near Oxnard College for 38 years before retiring in June of 2007. My wife Ginger, who I met in 1966, at Ventura College, passed away in January of 2008 so I am now dealing with being on my own after 40 years of marriage. I have two kids and four grandkids. My son Chris, HHS 1989 and my daughter Becky, HHS 1991 are both married. Chris lives in Tucson with his wife and daughter. They are planning on moving back to CA soon. My daughter Becky lives in Simi Valley with her husband and two daughters.

rk part time as Director of Competition at Ventura Raceway, at the Ventura County Fairgrounds with HHS graduate Jim Naylor class of 1964. We race sprint cars, dwarf cars, midgets, modifieds and stock cars most Saturday nights from March to November. One of our shows you may have seen is the Destruction Derbies that are at the Vrntura County Fair each year in August.
I still play golf, enjoy most sports, especially dirt track auto racing, love to travel and see new places, study history and geology and collect coins, stamps, model planes, cars, trains and antiques.
I still live in Port Hueneme near Bard School. Ginger and I moved there in 1971 from Ventura.
I would like to hear from any of my old HHS classmates.
