Clint's Story
Life
Born and raised in Houston, TX and loved it...yes even that heat and humidity. I did however move to Sunny California 7 years ago and am currently living in Santa Cruz area. I oh so want to move back to Texas or Colorado and am planning on doing so sometime soon. The housing costs out here in California is crazy... I bought a house out here for 425k, yeah $425,000. It is nuts... I wouldnt even call it a house either, its a condo, only 1350 sq ft, brand new, and it can be listed and sold within a month for 6...Expand for more
20k. Thats just nuts, how they expect people to live out here with a mortgage like that I dont know. I cant wait to sell this cash cow and move into a big house somewhere more affordable in Texas and be able to enjoy life instead of worrying about financing my house payments.
So anyways, hehe I am married and have a brand new baby on the way( as of early July '06) and am loving life. I miss Texas, miss friendly people, miss being greeted by strangers with a smile and a "hello', and miss all my old friends.
