to San Bernadino,CA. to spend some of the best times as a young boy.The few years on 26th st. across the street from the Borg's and the Turk's, Elementary school at Davidson. The times I spent growing up with my cousins was the best ever. From the house on 26th, over to the other side of "Little Mountain" to a house on Crescent St. It was the corner house on a couldesac. I remember the above ground pool my Dad put in,helping sift the dirt ourselves to save money instead of buying sand to place the pool on.My Dad was stationed at Norton AFB and some at March AFB during the time we lived in San Bernardino. There is so much more but,too much for a short summary.Next, we moved back to Washington state,late1969 or early 1970, when my Dad was stationed once again at McChord AFB. That was one of the hardest moves that I ever had to adjust to. I think maybe, for my Mom & Dad also, but,it was to be the start of another chapter of my life that would be looked back on with fondest of memories. There's just too much to put in a short summary,so, I'll ad more at another time.".
