Colleen's Story
Prior to moving to Wiseton, SK I lived and nursed at a community clinic in Surrey B.C. for 18 years. It was very difficult to leave my patients and move to a new Province once again.
My husband and I decided on a small farming community in Saskatchewan called Wiseton. We have been here for the past 6 years. I have a very beautiful step daughter and step son whom I very grateful for.

I am also the Chair of the International Women's Disability Committee of Saskatoon which is a volunteer position. I am very fortunate to work with some amazing ladies who are also on this committee. It brings awareness to all participants who attend that persons with disabilities are an integral part of our community and a contributing force to the populous.
