Colleen's Story
Life
I am blessed with a great guy and we got married September 7, 2013. It was a full-on connection and a wonderful fit from the start. He is my partner standing beside everyday, and behind me when I need someone to have my back.
We are blessed with 'yours and mine' with kids and grandkids, and I have welcomed my first biological grandchild in to the world on July 27, 2012--my granddaughter Amelia Christine.
Travel is on the agenda to places near and far and we've already hit a couples places, including Hawaii, off our Life List. Retirement is getting closer for the hubby and, as the song goes, we're planning on having our "...toes in the wate...Expand for more
r, ass in the sand" as often as possible.
I am a woman in progress with a life in process and looking forward to seeing where my journey leads me, with my heart of gold by my side. I hope yours is blessed!
Workplace
Looks like my company and job is not easily explained by the Classmates choices. I work for a Sailing Magazine - for 27 years - in the Bay Area as General Manager as well as Graphic Artist. It's a fun job, for a great company that people truly enjoy the product after a month's hard work putting it all together. My co-workers are great and I can't imagine working with any others. The commute sucks...but hey, you can't have everything!!
