Colleen's Story

Life I just celebrated being happily married to Larry Carr for 41 years this past July 1st. We feel very fortunate to have all our children (3) married and doing well in their lives, great jobs, and happy. Our oldest daughter, Kimberly, and her husband gave us our only grandson, so far, Alex, who is 16 months old now. Our youngest son, Keith, just married August 4th, 2007. He will be the first to move away to California to persue his acting/sketch comedy career. His new wife is very supportive to this life c...Expand for more
hallenge. Larry and I still live in Akron and he still works for Ohio Edison (35 yrs.) and I am part time merchandiser for American Greetings going on 10 yrs. now. We enjoy being around our children and their great sense of humors. We have taken some trips in the U.S. in our lives, but hopefully we can take another one soon. Sept. 2008 Well since I last wrote this, Larry and I have a new grandson, Andrew, our second now. He was born to Kevin and Irma Carr on July 19th, 2008. It is fun to be a grandma.
