Connie's Story

Life Chaparral Grads, join us at our online group at Y a h o o groups called Chaparral 1982. Former Newspaper Publisher, now I operate a small home business and care for my family. I have four children and I'm also raising a niece. Most of my time is devoted to the kids and family activities. My business is mostly a diversion to keep me sane! Our time is spent in Louisiana and Arkansas. My husband works out of an office in Louisiana, he is a piping engineer and estimator in an engineering and heavy construction firm. My spouse's family is from The Netherlands and we enjoy European travel and culture. Currently, we have three Russian Blue cats, which I breed and show. My cattery is Haus Of Blues. ally enjoying classic English literature. I enjoy photography, gardening and am a Certified Master Gardener, specializing in water gardening. I also train MG's, conduct workshops and seminars. Anyway, I can be found speeding around in a hot red mini van full of kids... because we're always going somewhere! Lately, we've been vacationing a lot in Florida (Pensacola) and going to WDW/SeaWorld, the kids never tire of it. Update: My eldest daughter is a Sophomore in College (accounting major) and I'm Homeschooling my eight year old son who has Dyslexia. I teach photography and cub scouts weekly during the school year.
