Connie's Story
Life
When I left California, I went to Athens, Greece for 21/2 yrs and then moved to Dallas, Texas. I lived in Dallas for 19 yrs and in 1995 after 16 yrs of marriage, got a divorce and moved to Idaho to be closer to my family. I have remarried a wonderful man from Mexico and we live in Rigby, ID. I have one son - 21 yrs old and a really smart kid, he graduated in May 05 and is working at Wells Fargo. I work at ISU as an Management Assistant to the director of the outreach center in Idaho Falls. ho Falls. I am currently taking classes through ISU and I am only 10 credits away from graduating, I hope to graduate in May 10. My goal is to graduate before my son, or with him, but since he is not going to school I believe this goal will come true. My ex-husband didn't think I was smart enough for college and much to my glee, I will be graduating before he does. I am very active in the lives of my family. My brother has 3 children and the middle son has Autism. I spend as much time with him as I can and try to stay informed on Autism and any new discoveries as they are reported.
