Connie's Story
Life
Live on Camano Island WA. It's about an hour from the Canadian border. Married 34 years to the same guy that I met in Germany when I was in the Army . We have 5 kids from this wonderful 35 yrs together. Okay maybe not always so wonderful but we're still together and still like each other . Joe 33, Christine 29, Mike 27, Dan 25, and Matthew 19. We have 9 grandkids. Kevin 11, Travis 9, Christopher 9, Kaitlyn 6, Danica 3, Maekala 3, Te'a 3 and Baby Jake. We have 3 chihuahuas, a pug/miniature pincher cross, a black poodle, a rabbit, 9 chickens and 2 ducks My husband works for Boeing (32 yrs) and I have a housecleaning business. We like to travel and hang out with all those kids. Took a trip with the two youngest this summer to Sydney Australia and it was amazing. Looking for old friends to chat with. Found a few and now it's their turn. Maybe I live in the sticks but we still have DSL. Life is GOOD. Drop me a line.
Haven't changed much just fatter and definitely wiser.
I always wanted to be a Doctor or a Nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a dream instead of an foodidea. As it turns out, they were wrong but I am in the business of helping people..
To blow off steam I play Wii with the hubby and youngest boy. Get's a little crazy in our living room so we move all the furniture against the wall and let the fun begin.
The wildest thing I ever did at school was to skip and hang out in the library. lol All the teachers hung out there too so we just sat and looked at each other.
My inspiration comes from my brother, Dave, who died 3 yrs ago from cancer. He lived life to the fullest and I am trying to follow in his path. Miss you everyday Baby bro.
The one person from my past that I would most like to see again is my friend Gloria. She was a great friend and I miss her lots.
Where I ended up so far and how it has turned out but guess that is the plan so will go with it. Can't wai...Expand for more

If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my shop and add on a new deck with a hot tub. My dream home would be in Australia. One thing I have learned from being a parent is
not to get to stressed over material things. It is all about the people in our life that is most important. Don't sweat the small stuff and be ready for things to change at any minute.
If I won $100 million, I'd give part of it to my family to buy them a house and pay bills, then spend the rest on helping out those who try hard to get ahead, homeless families and animal shelters.
To be truly happy I wouldn't change much in my life. I would love to live in Australia with my sweetie and youngest kids. Of, course I would have to have my doggies with me.
My current age is 54. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead. I was so completely moronic .
My ideal job would be to work in a hospital helping sick people get better. T.hen again I still like working in the retail field too lol
My best friend would tell you I'm amazing, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as in your face.
I dress to be comfortable and ready for anything now. Not much concerned with style.
My oldest friend is Janet Rhodes and we met in Middle School. We clicked cause we are both off the charts eccentric. I love you girlie and wish you lived down the street.
The thing that would most surprise everyone at the high school reunion is how different I am from high school. Not shy or quiet anymore. I also have a tattoo or two or more. I say what I mean and mean what I say. Life is too short to not have fun and tell the people you love that you love them.
My first job was at US Army , where I got paid 365 dollars a month to take people's fingerprints. What I remember most about it is how much I loved it. I was so happy in the Army and of course, I met my sweetie. One of my best times of my life.
