Connie Welsh:  

After graduation, I was off to Olympic College in Bremerton, WA and attended one year there; then to Columbus, Ohio, where I attended Ohio State. I did not graduate from Ohio State, but completed three more years, during which time I was very active in the dance department at Ohio State which was nationally renown and attracted dancers such as Twyla Tharp, Garth Fagan and Nicolai, which gave me a chance to dance with these troops and take their classes. I also started my legal career in Ohio at Bricker & Eckler, was married to Rusty Jones, who went to Viet Nam, and we unfortunately did not last long. After that, off to Chicago because of a boyfriend, and got my degree from Northwestern Ill. while continuing to work in law and became a paralegal. Then 3 years later off to Seattle, WA and continued with my education in the MBA program and also working as a paralegal, one job was at McCaw Communications working for Craig McCaw, who was the cellular world's largest icon eventually. Then after about 4 years I was married again and we left WA State and relocated to Southern CA. This is where I had my daughter Nikki and lived until 1995, still working as a paralegal, traveled a lot and raised my darling daughter. We then moved to Northern CA because of my husband's job opportunity and settled where I live today; however my husband of 17 years decided he liked his secretary more, so left Nikki and I, and actually that was probably a good thing...Expand for more
