Connie's Story
After High school I married Joe Lowe (Wheeling Park HS) and had a daughter. He was killed in an accident when she was a baby and I later remarried - having 3 more daughters. (Pic above) . After college --- I spent many years, as the advertising manager, in a newspaper in Southern Maryland. In 1995, I decided to go into business for myself. Togs for Tots. Since that time I have opened 3 other locations (sold 2) and just expanded my newest store in Frederick, Md. Bugs and Buttercups. My husband and I live in historic area of Frederick, Md. with our youngest 2 daughters and their Shi Tzu's - we attend Frederick SDA church. Our oldest daughter is married and our 2nd engaged. I have been blessed with a happy and successful life.
