Connie's Story
I can't believe it's been almost 30 years since High School !!
I've been married to a great guy for over 25-years now. The only regret I have about getting married so young (21) is that I wish I had acquired a 4-year Bachelor's Degree (I received my AA Degree from TCC). I instead chose to pursue a career in Banking. I moved to Gainesville, FL (yes, I'm a Gator!!) upon getting married, and have also lived in Lynn Haven (near PC) and Jacksonville, FL. I now reside in Woodstock, GA (Metro Atlanta), near my sister and her family. My two nephews (Jonah-6 and Levi-3) are one of my greatest joys.

I guess you could say I was part of the economic crisis, as I contributed to the ever rising unemployment rate! I was told by the bank where I worked for over 5-years, that my position was being eliminated due to "work-force reduction". I did receive a nice parting gift in the form of 5-months severance, so the "glass" was still half-full. I became gainfully employed again at the beginning of October, and consider myself very fortunate. I now work for a Community Bank, instead of one of the big corporate banks.
I hope that everyone is doing well, and remaining optomistic about the future.
