Life
WoW, teen years were emotional and forever changing, twenties were enciteful and career building, My Thirties were maturing,hard working,and a time to re-connect with family. Here we are in our Forties looking back, looking forward, recounting our mistakes and enjoying our achievments. I married Ray Hocker in 1980 at age 18 and moved to Anchorage Alaska a year later. We have grown as a team and partners and achieved our goals beyond what we could have ever imagined. Wallowa holds wonderful memories of time with family and friends as we learned who we are and dreamed of what we could become. l. We have enjoyed all she has brought to our lives and look forward to seeing her achieve her goals. We have lived in Soldotna Alaska since 1985 when we moved 145 miles from Anchorage. We love Alaska and all it has to offer, the weather is much like home (Wallowa County) but the winter seems to start October 1 and end May 1. Ray and I have made a comfortable living with our 4 Apartment Complexes and 2 Mobile Home Parks intown Soldotna. I work as an Appraiser for the Kenai Peninsula Borough and Ray spends his summers operating equipment during our short season and maintaining our properties throughout the year. I would love to hear from friends from our early years.
