Life After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996, I moved to Jacksonville, Florida to be closer to family. I have no kids (other than my Jack Russell Terrier, Ramsey) although I am more than anxious to be a mom! I have a home in a booming area in North Florida. Since it is only 10 minutes to Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, it reminds me of Coronado. On my days off you will usually find me at the beach or out shopping for items for my home. I have had so much fun buying furniture and decorating my own place. I also test my creativity designing purses. Career wise I LOVE what I am doing, although my job can be rather stressful. It took me many years to find my niche but better late than never, right? I work for a local builder selling new homes and townhomes. It is satisfying to help my clients design a home to meet their needs and then watch it "grow". I think I have truly found my calling. I enjoy helping people make their "American Dream" come true.
