I live in Troutdale, Oregon with my husband John, grandson Anthony, two dogs and one cat. Life has been really good to me and my family. I'm still working as a Hairstylist and I still think that I have the best job of all times. I get to visit and talk with people of many back grounds and life styles and I get to show my creativity in the work that I do and then I get paid for doing something that I truely enjoy. I have many hobbies - golfing, boating, camping, APA Pool, traveling, crocheting, jewelry making and spending time with the grandchildren. When I was in high school I had a teacher tell me that I was a bad influence on anohter student and that I was leading her in the wrong direction. I was a good person then and I'm a good person now and I think that you make your own choices in life, no one chooses for you. I've suceeded in my life and so this teacher that judged me proved that you shouldn't judge people and assume that they are bad. I always wanted to be a hairstylist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right. To blow of steam I think about why I'm angry and my favorit way to relax is to read a good mystery. The wildest thing I did in school was probably doing crazy things to make people laugh. If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have coffee, a smile, and friends to be able to deal with the day-to-day. My hero is my husband. He has given me the strength to speak out for myself.
