More about Connie:"I have had so many amazging experiences in my life and am so thankful for each of them. God and my family have stood with me through it all! August 2001, I married my best friend, soul mate and true love; my husband Jessie. We have been married 11 years this past August and after all that we have faced together I could not imagine being with anyone else! I am truly honored to be married to Jessie and count each moment with him a true blessing! when our little wonder was born over 2 months early at only 2lbs 6oz and 14.5" in length! Her premature status kept her on the neonatal unit for over two months. Every day of our journey with her shows us God's love in such unpredictable and wonderful ways. September 2010,I can now say that God worked the Lazarus miracle on me! Well, basically I with the onset of a sudden illness, I died twice! But I'm not a ghost and though I know the amazing medical team had a huge part God was the one who breathed life back into me. I was diagnosed with MS. Facing multiple challenges from my initial onset of my illness, I do not know what the future holds for my illness. Statistically, research shows the progression of MS is incapacity. I rely on God NOT statistics. I have learned many lessons through my almost 42 years but the most important onet is to glorify God in all we do. No where does it say it will be easy but everywhere it says He will never forsake us no matter what we face. I am so blessed to have the family I do and to be a part of their lives. My friends, co-workers and even those I do not know personally who offered up prayers on my behalf will forever have my gratitude. Many Blessings to you this day and May the Peace of God fill your heart. Connie.".
