Cornelia's Story
Life is full of ups and downs. Having been raised in the big city (yes, compared to where I live today, Hamilton is a big city.) moving to a small town has been quite and adjustment and now finally after 19 years here I have to say I am ready to move a little closer to family and friends. I am celebrating 28 years of marriage to a man that just spoils me rotten. He is just the sort of person that everyone thought I would never marry or if I did marry would be divorced from in no time. Sorry folks, we are still together. I am the proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters and the glowing grandmother of 2 granddaughters (soon to have a 3rd) and 2 precious grandsons. roidery at a sewing machine dealer in Ann Arbor and make it a point not to have to work when Ohio State and Michigan play since the shop is just around the corner from MU stadium. (Traffic there puts Hamilton and Cincinnati to shame.) I am currently preparing for my husbands retirement in March of 2009 and hope that I do not have to shoot myself to put me out of his misery. We have not told the kids yet but it looks as if we may be doing a little bit of traveling and spending lots of time with them. How hot does it get in Texas? Pretty darn hot, nice winter playground for me. I may just have to settle to San Diego, but then again they have the earthquakes. What am I thinking?? Just stay in Ohio and move back to Cincinnati/Hamilton area and it is settled.
