Cory's Story
After I graduated from high school, my perents gave me the option of either going to college or getting a job in order to continue living there. So, I went to easy credit college(ECC)city campus. After one semester, I decided a job would be much better, so I went to a temporary employment service to find me a job. I got work at Goya and then Posting Equipment Co. for a very short time (about one week each), then they sent me to Protective Clousures (now Caplugs), where I have been for 19 years. e to get a bachlors degree in Industrial Technologies. I currently have 30 more of the 120 credit hours remaining, so about two more years. When I was 21 years old I decided that if I was old enough to drink then I should be old enough to get married, so I got married. Well, I have been happily been married to Jennifer for 15 years and have two children, a 8 year old son (Owen) and a 4 year old daughter (Amanda), and all three are the reason I have spent the last 6 years working 40+ hours a week and going to school at night. I so look forward to when I am Finnaly done with school so I can really get to spend some quality time with my wife and children.
