Courtney's Story
Life
After I left ALJ, I moved to Virginia for the last 2 years of high school in 2 different schools. What a culture shock! I couldn't wait to come back up North. I ended up going to college down there which was a great experience. Graduated in Dec. 1999 with a BFA in Graphic Design and landed a job in my dream city of NYC in January of the next year.

Life has had it's ups and downs, but overall turned out awesome. I am doing exactly what I wanted to do and living where I wanted to live. And am currently in an amazing relationship.
The reason why I am registered on ALJ's classmates list is because this was the school I have felt the closest to and always wanted to graduate from. When in Virginia, I went to 2 different schools in 2 years, never really establishing any close relationships.
Workplace
I've recently started my own design firm in New York doing Graphic design for print and web.
