Craig's Story
Life
I retired from my "day Job" with Uncle Sam on 12/30/11 after more than 33 years of combined service as a federal agent and in the U.S. Marine Corps. I started my government service in 1984. After 5 months of training in Georgia, I spent 4 years in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. I then promoted and transferred to New Orleans. the Department of Homeland Security in March 2003, before being promoted and transferred to Del Rio, TX in 2009. I retired as the Resident Agent in Charge of the Del Rio HSI Office (Homeland Security Investigations) on 12/30/2011.
After retirement, I relocated to the Austin, TX metro area. All in all, life in the great state of Texas is good. When I’m not doing some part-time consulting work for several federal agencies, I’m kicking back, playing guitar and bass
